The free trial actually gave me time to decide

What are the best aspects of this product?

RentPost gives a full 30-day free trial without asking for a credit card, which already felt more respectful than most software I have tried. Other platforms barely give you 7 or 14 days, which never feels like enough time to run a real month. I was able to test rent collection, reports, and workflows without feeling rushed or pressured.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

1. I wish the trial highlighted a few key features more clearly for new users.

2. There should be a trial countdown or something similar, so that I can keep track of when it ends

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

a more better ui and more data related to tenant history.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

That extra time made a real difference for me. I could see how RentPost behaved over an actual rent cycle instead of guessing. By the time the trial ended, I was not debating anymore. I already knew it fit my routine, and that made signing up feel like a decision, not a gamble.
