I had a hard time importing data when I first started using the platform. It seems kinda old-school, would love some modern look to it

The simplicity of the pricing and the ease of switching from trial to full version made the whole decision painless. It gave me enough confidence to move everything over without hesitation.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The system applies late fees automatically based on the rules I set, so I don’t have to text anyone at 2 AM. Tenants get a clear notification when a fee is applied, which removes awkwardness and keeps things professional. Everything is logged, so when someone argues, I can point at a timestamped notice and move on.
