1. The free trial genuinely lets you test everything instead of some restricted demo mode.

2. The pricing stays simple even as you add units.

3. Nothing felt bloated or unnecessarily enterprise.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had a hard time importing data when I first started using the platform. It seems kinda old-school, would love some modern look to it

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I went into the trial expecting to cancel after a week, but the workflow just clicked with how I manage my rentals. The simplicity of the pricing and the ease of switching from trial to full version made the whole decision painless. It gave me enough confidence to move everything over without hesitation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everything is logged, so when someone argues, I can point at a timestamped notice and move on.
