
What are the best aspects of this product?
The 30-day free trial gave me enough space to actually experience the software during a real rent cycle. I could test features properly, make small mistakes, and see how things behaved without feeling like the clock was constantly ticking.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There was not much guidance during the trial about where to start or what to prioritize. I had to explore on my own and figure out what mattered to me. I’ve heard their customer support is good so that was a bit of a disappointment
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Most trials feel rushed and slightly stressful, like you have to decide before you fully understand what you are committing to. This one felt different. By the time it ended, I wasn’t debating anymore. I already knew how it fit into my routine, which made the decision feel calm and intentional instead of pressured.
