PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I expected another property management tool that feels like doing taxes, but RentPost surprised me. The onboarding was slow and steady instead of overwhelming, and everything flowed in a way that made sense. I didn’t have to Google every other step. It was pretty easy to figure out, to be honest

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This has genuinely cleaned up the mental clutter that comes with tenant communication. Instead of juggling texts, emails, and random WhatsApp messages, everything lives in one place and actually stays readable. It feels like the first time a system matched how my brain naturally wants to organize conversations.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

1. RentPost keeps every message tied to the right tenant and unit, so backtracking conversations doesn’t feel like detective work anymore.

2. The mobile access makes it easy to reply while I’m out doing inspections.

3. The layout doesn’t overcomplicate things, which is rare for PM software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

RentPost streamlined my entire leasing workflow, and the fact that I’m only paying a predictable monthly fee makes it even better. Most other PMS platforms hide lease tools behind higher tiers, but here it’s built into the base price. It makes onboarding tenants feel professional without paying enterprise rates
