The only PMS dashboard that shows exactly what I need

What are the best aspects of this product?

The dashboard is my command center. I see overdue rent, maintenance requests, and pending tasks all in one clean view. I don't have to hunt through menus. It keeps me organized without feeling overwhelming.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes if I'm on weak Wi-Fi, the initial page load takes a second or two, but it's fine once it's up.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I wish I could have a few more pre-built lease templates for different property types, but what they have is a good start.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've used other software where the dashboard was a cluttered mess. RentPost keeps it simple, clear, and action-oriented. It’s the first thing I check every morning, and it cuts down my management time significantly. It's reliable, and the flat monthly fee is a great deal.
