PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

RentPost has helped me a lot with my overall property management workflow. With over 60 units, I can easily assign, track, and update tasks, all without the usual back-and-forth. Thankfully, it has streamlined a lot of my repetitive stuff I used to do manually. Implementation was smooth, and the interface is intuitive for my entire team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, there’s nothing I’ve found frustrating yet. Everything has been running efficiently, but yes I would prefer a more instant customer support, as it lags at times. But not a deal breaker!
