Just switched to ResNexus and can sit on hold up to 50 minutes trying to get customer service help

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I do not need all the bells and whistles they offer. I have called customer service (which they say is so great) about 5 times. 3 out of 5 I get stuck sitting and waiting. This goes on up to 50 minutes where they tell you they can design & run your website for you. If they cannot answer the phone or have enough customer service people, why do they think they can handle a website? Of course I could push #2 and have them call me back. Last time I did this it was a couple of days before they got back to me. Of course their hours are 8 to 5, so if you cannot get anyone to help you by 5:00 then you wait until the next day. Is this a UTAH thing?

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Better customer service (hire more people?). Return calls to customers. Longer hours than 8 to 5

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

To many bells and whistles a package that offers only the basics. Not everyone is booking 10 rooms..

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None the company I used went out of business and I was forced to move to another one. ResNexus was the best for the price. I guess you get what you pay for...
