What are the best aspects of this product?

A recommended tool that lets you see what's happening in your app. If properly set up, you can gain useful info on what the app is currently performing. It also helps you spot the location of errors. Log monitoring times can be handy. It can be utilized regularly when troubleshooting problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, its search functionality appear to be a bit irritating. If you're dealing with bigger logs, drilling them down can be a challenging task from time to time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problem we're trying to resolve is issue visibility. I can peek on a per-user approach to see what's going on with the logs. With that, I get to see specifically where the app failed. That's what makes this tool useful to begin with.
