PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The iPad POS display is sharp and fairly easy to use. Their customer loyalty program has a lot of features that help provide better incentives to customers for repeat business. However, this is an additional monthly cost. The customer facing display is also a nice feature because it allows the customer to sign the iPad rather than having to keep track of paper receipts. But, this as well is an additional monthly cost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The inventory management feature is complicated and we have had problems with it not providing accurate inventory.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would like the ability to track a product by multiple units of measure like in QuickBooks POS.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to get a better customer loyalty program through Revel compared to QB POS.

Quick Books advised us that they were moving away from the desk top version of their POS system and we\'re working with Revel. We also wanted a cloud based POS system.
