What are the best aspects of this product?
We personalized all and Revel helps it run smoothly. It's very user-friendly from our ever-changing regular menu to customized pop-up lists up to serving.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The product is somewhat disorganized; we were initially guided to 3rd-party gift certificates though Revel had its own, and that should have made things easier and more efficient. It would have been nice if there's an account executive to make it easier to incorporate all the resources we may want, instead of working it ours by ourselves. The system has setbacks. It ought to be smooth if you have multiple iPads, but this seems to create some issues with integration and it's very expensive. It would also be great if there's an Android counterpart since we prefer Android better than Ios. Also, there has to be an easy-to-access application.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Web-based tablet portability is amazing. Assistance is swift and comprehensive, with constant updates making it easier.
