What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that I can make adjustments through my phone. I also love that Revel always listens to its consumers and brings regular improvements and upgrades.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are drawbacks but I love that I can create a ticket whenever I encounter some issues and it is resolved afterward or by an upgrade.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I learned that you don't need to have an expensive POS system to have huge benefits like monitoring my data real-time and ability to make changes even remotely that could make my task easier.
