I like the software's flexibility. It's very simple for us all to learn about the system components we need whoever in my company uses the software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing at all. Even though I was told to wait on hold a few times, it was always worth the while because of how helpful and useful the customer support representative is.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made easy to manage both front and back end. Our staff can quickly muster the software and the customer service is also supportive when there are issues that the admin needs to address.
