What are the best aspects of this product?
You can do more personalization with it compare to other POS. The back end is more responsive and creating new items is so simple.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes there are issues with the connection. Customer service has been hit or missed (the 1st year certainly was great, but since then has been a bit more robotic).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're ringing items in and profits, categories and everything are tracked. I don't think we even used all of the software's features.
