What are the best aspects of this product?
I love their customer service and it's so easy to operate when you get familiar with it. There are also many ways of payments. It has all the features a cafe may need from POS software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I notice that Revel occasionally synchronize slowly with other iPads and sometimes breaks down and stops functioning if each iPad has so many servers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Revel is simple to get around and configure. I spent a long time creating items for the restaurant of my boss onto the back-end of Revel and I consider it to be really handy. We use the service every day and for our busy business, this is the perfect POS software.
