What are the best aspects of this product?

Training employees to use this platform is so easy since it's very user-friendly. It's so simple to navigate through menus and icons.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Color limitation in the coding of the product. I even have to pay for using KDS screens even though I have several iPads. Sometimes it is challenging to split checks. If the bill was first settled with a credit card, tipping off with a gift certificate is also not an option.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reports for my financial statements and inventories for food and beverages are really simple to print.
