What are the best aspects of this product?

There's a lot of gym management platform that I tried but so far this one is the best that fits my needs. Great package, helpful, and prompt support team! The best thing about it is you can add as many members as you want without paying extra, and speaking of paying, their billing system is great as well. The automation is perfectly working and make everything efficient for us, especially in dealing with our members.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We did encounter some bugs when we first used it but it was promptly resolved. I also wish they would improve and add more integrations in the website.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's really helpful when it comes to membership management and reporting. It's customizable so I can adjust it based on what we need.
