What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its user-friendliness for both our staff and our members. I definitely love how helpful it is for us to create class offerings and organize all our gym activities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The assessment component can be improved by making the test score loading easier. I'm also hoping to see more self-customization options and time lock feature in the future. A mobile app would also be great!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a coach, it helps me manage my time and work on other stuff instead of just following up and waiting for my client's availability. Now the members can just schedule themselves using the app and it's automatically reflected on my calendar.
