What are the best aspects of this product?

We operate as a property management firm. Fed Ex lost a huge chunk of business when ended up signing on wiht RightSignature. The tool ave us the ability to carry out lease signings from long-distance. It's all done in an efficient and simple manner. When in the mdidle of a meeting with prospective residents out in the field, its mobile app gave us the chance to send applications/templated-sourced forms from our mobile devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We wanted to operate PDT forms with active fiels via Adobe to "flatten" out the form. We're doing it before running it through RightSignature. It'd be a nice touch to operate on a certain interface in pushing active documents from Adobe to RightSignature. All this without resetting the signature fields.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Whenever residents can't be in the same location in signing in their lease, RightSignature will always be there. It makes the entire process efficient and simpler. We're able to send out template forms to residents from our mobile devices in a jiffy. We can send out lease renewals for signature without entailing residents to get on the road just to meet us at the corporate office.
