What are the best aspects of this product?

We prefer having the ability to make use of a mobile app in signature acquisition. Having the ability to customize the field in terms of size/date/text/signature and others is awesome. We have yet to make revisions on docs to suit RightSignature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It may be a small inconvenience but it'd be a treat if we won't have to constantly type each signer's e-mail address. Things would've been efficient to have the listed names saved. This would reduce the time it takes to prep any document.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company constantly requires document approval. Before utilizing RightSignature, delays were experienced in terms of acquiring signature. This holds true if certain personnel weren't available in the office. This time though, our signers won't have to worry where they're located. Now, there's little delay in signature acquisition.
