What are the best aspects of this product?
We can now get our clients to sign forms electronically. This is a big help for our business since we try to go the paperless route as much as possible. It's even better now that it can be linked to Clio account for quick access. With this, we can be efficient and link everything to a client who will be signing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We're trying to be familiar with how the service works. We wanted to find a way to maximize it so it can meet our needs. Right now, we've yet to experience any dislikes. In the initial going, we signed up since it was publicly advertised in charging us $11.00 monthly. We weren't sure if it's really a yearly fee or that paying on a per-month basis is more expensive.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As much as possible, we want to go paperless. Up until now, we still have clients who prefer signing forms physically. This would've been better if everything was done electronically. Some of our clients are offshore-based. That means we'd have to scan the documents so they can sign them and then scan everything back. With RightSignature, it skips this process and makes everything efficient from the get-go.
