What are the best aspects of this product?
PaySavvy breaks the traditional ways of antiquated UI and complex menu features with its own payroll. Things are direct-to-the-point and simple enough to find. Even if things are hard to spot, customer support will always there in the form of a chat window. I never had fun doing payroll especially when dealing with certain cases or problems. Since using PaySavvy, my confidence working with payroll has tremendously increased.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At the moment, a manual processing of payroll is available in a smaller jurisdication. If there's one thing that needs changing, it would be to automate that. I know this is one of many top priorities for PaySavvy and they're working in dealing with the problem. But still, their customer support makes the manual adjustment tolerable and easy for processing payroll.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Payroll is so easy this time around. Not that our current payroll is complicated or anything, but the primary problem that was resolved is having the confidence knowing the precise answers regardless if it's from a phone call or through the chat box. Even if I have no idea what the answer is or they have no idea on how to respond to my questions, they'll help me out with a team member who can. Not a single question was left unanswered with them.
