What are the best aspects of this product?
The thing that I like with PaySavvy is their online chat. I can immediately look into inquiries or concerns that I might have. Since using this tool, I was never put on hold from customer support. Their people really know the product well. They're able to resolve issues on their own without passing me to other people just to find a solution to my issues. What's also great is that the software never came with hidden costs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, there's nothing to dislike with PaySavvy. I love everything they're offering. They're customer support is more than capable of addressing my issues.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm making use of PaySavvy to resolve payroll issues and other end-of-the-year problems. Since using it, I have more time left to concentrate on other things. I won't have to worry about penalty fees or remittances. PaySavvy isn't like other payroll providers I know.
