What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about Roambi is the diversity of data charts it has to offer, all of them created in few minutes, and accessible to every user. I am running a slaes network, and that's where Roambi is most valuable to create and customize recognizable reports, which I can also edit and upgrade thanks to the variety of implementation tools. Another thing I appreciate is Roambi's reliable customer support. Overall, a smart investment for small and mid-sized companies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

During my experience, I stumbled over few formatting difficulties, as for instance having to rename input data in order to transform it into graphs. There should be something like a re-mapping option, otherwise the system won't recognize the graphs. I was fairly pleased to have a standardized view on my workline, but discovering how basic and inflexible it is was somehow disappointing. I am always struggling to label the graphs, since there isn't that much character space. Overall, these may be trivial stuff, but I would still like to see them improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Roambi reporting is far more accurate than the stale information you can extract to Excel since it eliminates every possibility for misunderstanding and it saves time. In a situation like that, you can make decisions rapidly, and you're never missing reporting deadlines.Every user can access data with minimal effort, depending on their responsibility.
