What are the best aspects of this product?

Roambi gives instant access to multi-level users, and summarizes data in organized and appealing charts. Very customizable, user-friendly, and cheap. A faithful assistant for your business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Automatic updating is a distinctive advantage, but has its drawbacks. Formatting data in some of the graphs is very rigid and inflexible, for instance, as layer names change automatically, and you can't re-map the graph to prevent it. A good example of this are card views, where reorganization is difficult even during the input phase.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Dissemination of information into understandable units to make it accesible for multi-level users. Access is easy, and so is updating, which makes the program good enough for workers on the go. It is a whole new level of Excel reporting that saves time and energy, and prevents any confusion on real time data.
