What are the best aspects of this product?
Reporting is Roambi's strongest side and biggest advantage, since it is made easy and user-friendly. I also like their software APIs, which help us customize and personalize reports in our sales network, and the fantastic customer support that never failed us. Among other stuff, we were impressed by data functionality, and the insight on our sales which managers are using to make important decisions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Creating reports is easy, but when it comes to modifying them, things get a bit clumsy. Most of the time, introducing a single change requires recreating the entire report, which is luckily an easy thing to do. What is more problematic is using business roambi, at least when dealing with their slow analytic secton, but with what I call 'software-trained' nerves that won't mess things up. In case you're using the app on your PC, you have to get used to the fact that scrolling their library is not that compatible.

We collect, analyse, and share field sales data using our main customers' accounts all across the nation. Roambi has been priceless to bolster sales, and it influenced positively our on-field effectiveness. Besides, the tool doesn't require special learning efforts, and it allows you to share information via structured reports very easily.
