Roambi: When sharing data truly starts making a difference

What are the best aspects of this product?

Setup will take time, but once you're over with it, Roambi will become the easiest tool you've ever used. I was impressed by easy sharing of relevant data, especially with the stores our fiels sales force members are visiting. According to them, stores managers are extremelly satisifed with the program, because they were not even aware of this data and what it could do for them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is only one presentation format that can respond to our needs, all others summarize data in a way which is not really helpful to us. As you can guess, presenting in the same way gets boring after a while, so I guess we need at least one more format to work with.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest problem was ensuring more space in the stores, as we were guessing that's the shrotcut to more sales, and we were right. We obtained the 'business professional' looks, at least that's what satisfied customers are saying. They are impressed by our detailed data layers that break down to individual stores, vendors, or products.
