What are the best aspects of this product?

More than displaying data in a single location, Roambi summarizes it into organized chapters on different detail-levels. Together with the fact that it is so informative, Roambi looks elegant, and has incredible comparison power on weekly, monthly, and yearly level.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One cannot skip noticing the complex learning curve, but I think this is a fair price to pay for a great program. At the end of the day, there is an amazing support crew to lend a hand where necessary. In fact, they are the ones that offer services all the times, either calling to check how things are going, or inviting us for promotions and trainings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Many of them. I think that the biggest benefit is to summarize information to regional church leaders, a detailed insight where they can follow every church and every employee. Lagging this data used to take months before we discovered Roambi.
