We LOVE Roambi!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Roambi makes analytics very easy, even for inexperienced users. It actaully breaks data-level analytics down to few simple steps. Once you've installed the data creator, you can really mix unmixable information, and create professional reports for multi-level users. That's right, no spreadsheets anymore!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am not that savvy with programming, and I can't build API queries independently. I'm sometimes cofused with simple to-dos too, as for instance getting data in the right build. Both issues, however, and handled by the powerful Blink integration, and the possibility to upload CSV files, and that's probably even better because it saves time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

What we do is to compare all-in sales trends in five separate locations, both in and out of the country. Roambi provides our professional advisers with a top-down view on entire performance, enabling at the same time regional coordinators to analyze only their part of the work.
