What are the best aspects of this product?

I can't honestly think of any. The entire experience was absolutely horrible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The entire experience was horrible. I was referred to the service by the owners and had my account terminated after only 10 days. They knew the industry I was in and partly cited that as a reason to terminate me. It was hard to setup and when I finally had everything ready they kicked me off. They don't communicate well with each other. My rep knew I needed to sort out my list and they said there were too many bounces. They didn't even give me any notice. Horrible, horrible people to deal with. Stay away!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Humanity. I'd like to see the company show some humanity.

None whatsoever. All they did was give my company problems.
