What are the best aspects of this product?

I migrated easily from Constant Contact to Robky. It provides good-looking templates that are easily customized. Melissa has helped me a lot with my work. You can easily create/modify templates. Even the contact list can be easily manage/update or add. I like that it allows me to re-sign a campaign to those who didn’t open the message. Its support team is fantastic, responsive and highly helpful. It saves lot of time when it comes to deleting email addresses from contact lists. I especially like the price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have few suggestions for its developer team and I believe they will include those options in following update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using it to send emails so I can promote my online training seminars. It helps me to increase open rates, to improve the design and visual appearance of email campaigns.
