What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the primary purposes of why we got RMS is to promote and strengthen relationships within church members because it helps enhance communication. It’s easy to view records and trace family relationships essential on our end so we could quickly come up with programs that would benefit all members. I appreciate that Rock RMS offers a faster way to communicate with all our members, and I can also easily reach out to their support team whenever I need help with the application.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Improved customer service, probably they could extend their support after office hours. There were several instances wherein I encountered some issues with RMS Rock, and no one from their hotline was answering. The problem was pretty urgent because I have a deadline to meet, and the reports just got messed up. I had no choice but to wait until the morning to get things sorted out.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's easy for us to check our members' profiles by clicking into some buttons, verify attendance, and find ways to reach out to our non-active church members. All they need to do is visit our website and sign up online for those interested in joining our organization. The sign-up page is directly linked to Rock RMS; thus, we don't have to type each member's information manually.
