PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can easily find what I'm looking for, especially when I need to reach out to church members and family members. Prior to using Rock RMS, it takes me forever to send mass emails, but now I can accomplish this simple task in less than 30 minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features are not that convenient to use based on a user's standpoint. But I'm glad that improvements are being made to improve user experience. I appreciate the fact that reports can be pulled up fast and easy. However, it would be great if they can add a user history on the app so it would be easy to determine who made changes/edits on records and requests.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The growth of our organization has been immensely overwhelming which means that there are more work and responsibilities that are in store for us. I like that Rock RMS is doing a lot of things to upgrade our workflow process thus allowing us to do more things that are relevant to the growth of the organization.
