PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

RockRMS is open source software, which means you're not at the mercy of a single vendor to provide support. Releases are consistent and high quality, and features are added not just by the original maker, but by a growing ecosystem of churches and end-users. If you need a simple Church Management System, RockRMS can do that. When you're ready to grow or change, RockRMS won't get in your way. And, between the community of users and the core development team, you're going to find all the help you will ever need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

RockRMS seems too difficult to setup - but don't let your impression get in the way. Lots of people can help get you going in no time.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Any feature that we need added can be submitted to the core team. If they're unable to meet our need or schedule, I can seek help from other developers within the RockRMS ecosystem. Bottom line - if the feature I need doesn't exist, I have lots of options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to handle any need that leadership presents to us. And, our custom code can be shared among the other organizations, which means that our efforts potentially help thousands of others!
