What are the best aspects of this product?
I love using RMS Rock because of its wonderful features. Since I take charge of handling tons of admin tasks and data organization Rock RMS makes my job easier. We use this app mainly for signing up new members, updating our listing, manage member records, monitor our contributions, and organizing small to large scale events. Before using RMS were having significant challenges with communication and coordination. Still, we were able to address these issues by subscribing to this application.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be best if you prepared yourself with various scenarios when using RMS. At first, I find this platform too complicated for my liking, and others think the same way. But I was told to extend my patience and take my time to learn more about the product. I’m glad that I did that because once I started to uncover its features, I realized that it does a lot of good things for the organization. A few training sessions would be very much appreciated, so all users can maximize Rock RMS would be great as well.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
One significant challenge in the past is to create, establish, and maintain a reliable database for our members. Keeping these records can be considered a herculean task, especially if no system or process is in place. That is one of the primary reasons why we decided to subscribe to Rock RMS. Also, I’m happy that we no longer have difficulties in terms of communicating with our group leaders down to their team members.
