What are the best aspects of this product?

It's really useful in quickly sniffing out bugs in production. It's able to group similar bugs and showcases a number of useful info regarding incidents both the front-end and back-end portions of the apps. It's simple to integrate into any of your apps. It's simple to plug into Slack or whichever tools you currently own. Their API is nice.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's super easy to go beyond your plan via runaway events. At times, it would group unrelated bugs together. Ingegration on the front-end still needs improving. Third party plugins for different frameworks may entail added support.

It ensures our production environment remains optimal. At the same time, it keeps them free from bugs.
