What are the best aspects of this product?

Deploying it is really simple. A wide range of deployment scenarios is available. Great settings for alerts. Leads you to likely ignore the same "family" error. Comenting on every error is possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Deployment users should use Rollbar as that of Rollbar users by using the same account name. Deployment should involve an external link for our own documention during release. There are way too many updates in a a short time period. Updates should be done a lot simpler.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's useful for a number of things. For instance, it's able to skip client and server side errors. We can skip them during development so it'll be easier in making a release and fixing erros with a majority of hits found in a month. Weird errors occurring on the server can be spotted. Cross browser testing is easier. API errors running on Windows Service can be a bit challenging to log into.
