What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been making use of Sentry, TrackJS, and just about every error reporting platform out there. Nothing came close to being simple as that of Rollbar. Since I'm developer of JavaScript, error tracking plays a crucial role in my workflow. Rollbar is instrumental in tracking JS erros from the user-end across full stack application in a single unified dashboard. It's so organized and simple to use, which made things easier for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its frontend JS script works wonderfully. But when it comes to side error tracking, we had to write our a customized plugin for grails. There's very little documentation available in helping us achieve this. I hear their Rails support is the best. I was hoping the same would go for their grails support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've deployed RollBar across production and staging environments one time. It monitors errors consistently. At the moment, we're utilizing third-party integrations in creating a powerful workflow.
