PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Coming from a business standpoint, this tool really pulls the weight. It has been able to assist me in reservations, managing my stocks, and even pushing my promotions. I have also been able to build better working relationships with my vendors, thanks to Rosy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do appreciate that Rosy has a reporting feature. However, I feel like this can still be improved. For starters, they might want to develop a system wherein clients don’t have to download a large amount of data just to view the reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a mobile-friendly tool. Because of this, I have been able to process and check for bookings anywhere I go.
