What are the best aspects of this product?

It's completely customizable so that you use only the entities (modules) you need, keeping the software light, lean and mean. And this also means that you can configure it to work for YOUR industry and your work style; you don't have to conform your worl habits to fit the confines of the software. It's like having a custom-made suit.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If it has a downside, I haven't found it yet, and I've been putting the software through its paces for about a week.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The ability to print to PDF. Currently, you can export data only to an Excel spreadsheet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I wanted a ticket system independent of projects; we offer website maintenance packages and I wanted to avoid having to open a project just to deal with maintenance. I was able to configure a support ticket that runs alongside projects and independent of them, assigned to team members and the user (customer/client), and have the built-in tickets associated with projects.
