My experience regarding this product is very positive, I found solution to every need!!!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspects of this product are the high level of costumisation and control. We really like the level of anticipation to the costumer needs, that this product has. Practically there is a workaround for every need, even if this need or request would seem strange to most of the software developers

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that next step in development should be a more animated design, but this is just a personal point of view.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would like a feature that shows all the entities and sub-entities displayed like in a tree format. From which you can access directly the needed entity.
