PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is likely the most flexible "project management" tool that I've seen yet. As a consultant, I have been exposed to nearly every web-based tool imaginable, from spreadsheets to custom solutions to Basecamp, Write, and similar.

Rukovoditel allows you to define the information you collect and present, and furthermore allows you to customize the forms that are used to input the data. This is all done in a very organized fashion, which I believe is the real reason this tool is amazing.

Truly a great product: simple, effective, and easy to make it fit your exact needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd like to make it easier to add new items to Global Lists, perhaps even from inside of a form.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd love to see the ability to customize how uploaded files are displayed: basically, if multiple files are uploaded using the "Attachments" method, see the table listing individual files rather than individual "Attachment posts".

We have started using Rukovoditel for the following in our company: project discussions, to-do lists, support/trouble tickets, document management, and time tracking.
