Support personnel really try to make up excuses for a product that does not flow.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Work-flow is terrible. Back arrows do not work.
Information is all scattered and you have to cancel one thing you are doing in order to go back to check the information that you need.

And they are so unprofessional that after charging me for a year and me being only for 4 months with them, they returned me NO money.
