PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Fabulous and neat UI, convenient features for management tasks, and has a significantly smaller price than its competitors. I haven’t experienced difficulties when pulling all members into its dashboard, managing different channels, and handling notifications for everybody. Its API lets us integrate the tools we are already using in our company as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Team alerts are difficult to customize. I hope this would become easier to handle.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our Company is comprised of different departments such as one for sales, one for development and one for helpdesk and technical support. Ryver lets us efficiently bind them all together into one interface, without worrying about the hassles of traditional emailing. Thus, teamwork and sharing of ideas have largely improved.
