First, it has a sweet price deal that is very affordable for our company. Second, it is easy to integrate into our company that we don’t even need to undergo trainings or webinars. And lastly, it has robust functionalities but doesn’t cause any difficulties to anybody in our team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We’ve experienced some certificate problems where the technical team of Ryver is responsible for fixing. It is a good thing, however, that they’ve done their part quickly.
