What are the best aspects of this product?
This is a brilliant tool that is specifically geared for handling forum discussions, and it does it jobs smoothly. Using the app is hassle-free as well, such as for managing user accounts and adding new participants or members. It is also compatible with Zapier, which is another big plus in terms of functionality. Moreover, the installable app works seamlessly with the online platform, thus we don’t experience difficulties when using either of them. And Ryver has a dependable user support team that instantly helps me anytime, such as when I need to configure it for the first time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Slack is still better because Ryver has no options for voting, as well as similar features with Single Sign On. Moreover, Ryver isn’t compatible with the G-Suites, which is quite problematic because most people use such a platform from Google. Lastly, setting up a Ryver domain name is quite inconvenient because you need to contact user support for the task, unlike the ease of modifying display or profile name.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is the right platform for the nature of our job, in which we are three different research groups working simultaneously with each other. We need to handle and standardize data, conduct comprehensive planning as well as discuss specific topics now and then. Yes, each of the three groups uses their own discussion platform, but Ryver serves well as a common tool for all.
