What are the best aspects of this product?

We find the dashboard for topics very useful since we can use it for discussions. We can make topics in advance for future discussions too. And we don’t need to worry about such topics being buried by random messages.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It cannot handle voice messages. I hope it would work for audio as well, similar to how other tools function.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps students easily search for previous topics, and efficiently stay on track with current discussions. The topic dashboard is really terrific.
