PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ryver is a lot better than other tools that serve similar purposes because of its easy to use but simple interface. It runs efficiently on PC and mobile as well, so we don’t experience troubles when using it as an online dashboard for our operations. It helps us keep in touch with co-workers from great distances, and helps us handle difficult projects efficiently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish for small changes such as allowing us to make paragraphs within a single post since the interface doesn’t let us press enter to achieve such format. However, I really don’t have any bad comments about this platform and its existing features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has significantly decreased our necessity to use email since emailing is quite problematic for us when tons of entries accumulate in the inbox. It lets us work and manage different projects seamlessly through remote means as well. And we’ve been doing these years before the New Coronavirus came.
