A Must Have Add-on to any QBO user

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of use, the myriad of templates and extremely detailed Q&A/knowledgebase.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not found any areas to be problematic and any user error I came across was covered in their detailed Q&A/knowledgebase.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

If I was nitpicking, I would love to be able to integrate SaasAnt with QBO through Zapier. I.e. Be able to enter an invoice into Google Sheets and have Zapier register the trigger to send this invoice into QBO via SaasAnt, that would truly be a time saver and something I could wholeheartedly promote.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Saves us large amounts of time that we would have to manually enter invoices into Excel then QBO. It also allowed us to migrate from another accounting system within an hour instead of it taking days of manual entry.
