What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how there are designated apps for every OS--one for Android, Mac, and even iPhone. There are plenty of worldwide servers to connect to as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is up to the app to choose a server for you to connect to--we have little to no say in the matter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've managed to keep our information safe from data vultures online. Not only that, but we've also been able to access websites that are not readily accessible in our country of origin. I'm really loving this VPN option.
