What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how SaferVPN works on virtually any device and browser. Plus, it has hundreds of servers all over the world. I find their customer support particularly impressive--and it's great that they are available at any time too. Finally, SaferVPN does not log information of your activities online--a feature that sets it apart from other VPN options.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Ther servers in Asia and some parts of Europe is not as steady as I need them to be. There also aren't many forums for SaferVPN users to exchange notes in.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SaferVPN lets me connect to public Wifi securely. As an employee who has to constantly be on the go, this has been a really big help to me.
